Troubleshooting QuNeo.

Keith McMillen Instruments groundbreaking QuNeo is very configurable, and comes with a number of presets – for Melodics, you need to be on preset 11.

#11 is the one.

Some presets are in "Drum" mode (ie. one note per pad) and some are in "Grid" mode (ie. each pad is divided into 4 quadrants, with a different note sent on each corner of the pad). Melodics is configured to work on Preset #11.

And you should be ready to go!
